Director of Campaign Management- Created and implemented strategies to maximize revenue by increasing Dedicated Media's market share by expanding the existing publisher base. Within three months the company’s market penetration grew significantly through marketing initiatives, the foundation of the Business Development department, and key strategies orchestrated between the Business Development and Affiliate Management team. Responsible for monthly revenue goals and departmental plans for the Affiliate Management team, I devised monthly strategies for both the Affiliate Management and Sales Team to attain those goals for the CPA division as a whole, resulting in revenue growth. Other responsibilities included contract negations, financial decisions on proposals and approving all offers coming into the network, offer optimization, driving revenue through my affiliate partnerships, leading weekly meetings between 3 sales offices and the affiliate management team, helped devise affiliate loyalty programs, and overseeing a team of Affiliate Managers consisting of over 1000+ accounts. Senior Affiliate Manager- Vast publisher base developed over the course of 7 years with strong key relationships. Leading revenue producer, helped double the department's revenue and became the highest grossing affiliate manager in the history of the company. Responsible for screening all offers and approving deals for the network, offer assessment, setting pricing for agency campaigns, bringing in new business and growing current business by getting distribution to key campaigns. Coached sales reps in structuring proposals to agencies, campaign optimization and led weekly meetings between the performance team and entire sales team to increase productivity.

I was initially brought on as a Publisher Sales Team Lead. Within 4 months, I was promoted to Exclusive Publisher Sales Manager and ran the department consisting of a team of 3-4 employees and 60 publishers. I led my team in growing the Exclusive Publisher Network to its highest grossing month in the history of the company. As a result of managing the department, I have established close relationships with many exclusive mailers, learned how to manage and build a department, as well as expanding my knowledge on the intricacies of mailing. In addition, to managing the EPN group, I continued to grow my existing third party relationships that I have developed over the course of 4 years.

During my 3 1/2 years at Ethos Interactive, I've built strong and profitable relationships with key publishers that have varying specialties and strengths. As a result, I have helped double the company’s revenue each year for the past 3 years by managing the majority of publisher relations.
