As one of the first 150 people in the world to graduate from the Master of Applied Positive Psychology Program at University of Pennsylvania, I'm deeply passionate about helping individuals and organizations flourish. Led by renowned psychologist, Dr. Martin Seligman, the MAPP program is a one-of-a-kind Ivy League curriculum which offers in-depth study of the science & application of well-being. For over a decade, I've applied my education through teaching leaders & employees empirically-validated, cognitive-behavioral skills, mindfulness techniques and positive psychology applications that foster resilience to stress, prevent burnout, improve performance, and increase overall well-being.
