Running a successful construction company for 38 years, I have demonstrated capability in every aspect of the building business. Public works were the most profitable projects, particularly school remodels and additions. Job sizes ranged up to $1.2 million and were always done on time and well under the amount bid, at least once earning a $24,000 early completion incentive bonus.Currently my goal is to join forces with a forward thinking team to help reduce energy consumption while improving comfort and health in buildings.Specialties include: Improving Indoor Air Quality & making buildings more energy efficient.Problem Solving, cost estimating, all things construction particularly reading and understanding blueprints.Over decades, I've been the main man from foundation to finish including mastermind-design build genius, plumber, electrician, carpenter, crawler. I started in the late 70's on the Building & Utilities crew of the Point Reyes National Seashore. Then in the early 80's doing energy conservation measures as a PG&E Zero Interest Program certified installing contractor doing minor and major building utilities upgrades. Also ,Heating systems, plumbing and wiring in a multitude of situations.
