Serve as general manager of personnel and operations for residential, corporate real estate and retail businesses. Institute process improvements, develop growth plans, manage projects, position various companies for success and profitability.

Raised $200K for the students and staff of St. Juliana School); Rosary Academy, Fullerton (increased overall fundraising by 24% ($119K) within 4 months); St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School, Yorba Linda (raised $1.2M in 7 months)

• Supported the funding priorities for Chapman’s College of Performing Arts, Musco Center for the Arts and Wilkinson College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences by identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding major gift donors and prospects ($50K+)• Aligned and collaborated with University Relations and campus partners to support the capital and endowment priorities of Chapman’s $500M Inspire Campaign• Richly engaged 45 portfolio prospects and donors, secured $450K in new gifts as well as $140K in open proposals in first five months

Fundraising• Responsible for philanthropic gifts focusing on alumni relationships domestically and internationally as part of the $150 million campaign for the USC Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism and the $6 billion campaign for the University of Southern California.
