Directing the enterprise short- and long-term financial planning within the dynamic energy sector. This includes developing short- and long-range energy and revenue forecasts. Within the financial planning space we are constantly constructing various enterprise-wide scenarios for Sr. Officer alignment and decision making. Lastly, implemented a new internal management consultant org. alongside of our internal LEAN Sigma group.

Mainly involved in collaborating with the senior officers on financial and operational strategy, performance, and forecasts. I was responsible for building an internal management consultant group to mitigate costs associated with external consultants. Furthermore, I conducted financial and operational analysis of the various business divisions in an ever-changing electric utility environment. My key achievements for this role had been: • Led annual Capital (>$1.5B), O&M (~$1B), and Fuel (~$1B), budgeting, variance, forecasting for enterprise. • Directed and trained cross-functional FP&A team with keen focus on achieving company financial objectives. • Accelerated overall operational efficiency within financial operations resulting in reducing overhead costs by ~30% as well as increasing employee and customer satisfaction. • Spearheaded a multi-year enterprise-wide cost management effort by utilizing LEAN principles that secured $30M in annual O&M savings. • Oversaw business planning process for 16 internal business divisions to assist in developing strategies within the dynamically changing landscape of the energy markets. • Facilitated the quarterly Officer management accountability meetings on prior business plans. • Supported governmental regulatory filings, in specifics, our SEC filings and rate case engagements.

During this tenure, I oversaw new project management office which reported to the Executive Management Team (CFO, COO). PMO was developed to strategize and implement enterprise-wide process initiatives to drive the company's sustainable cost management culture. The benefits I brought during this role were: • Provided insightful direction and guidance to finance and business operations management team to revamp financial / planning processes to drive sustainable cost management. • Drove efficiencies in business planning resulting in downsizing the actual process by 20%.

• Revamped the group (with multiple management layers) from scratch aimed at streamlining business operations. • Served as change agent for the T&D business division for developing comprehensive financial/operational operating and capital budgets. • Administered annual operating and capital cash flow worth $600M. • Negotiated strategically important transmission right-of-way renewals while partnering with senior management team of the T&D business division. • Oversaw strategic financial and operational analysis in a dynamically changing landscape that increased solar utilization and SmartGrid rollouts of the business division

• Developed and executed a center of excellence group for the finance and accounting department. • Oversaw the enterprise-wide business planning process for the company with a total of 13 business divisional business plans aggregated into one corporate business plan. • Managed the enterprise-wide O&M and Capital budgeting process with $2B annually. • Partnered with business divisions to maintain level O&M / Capital expenditures through multi-years by the identification of financial / operational efficiencies.

• Engaged in the development of the enterprise-wise Business Planning Initiative. • Directly involved in the development of the Company’s new centralized Finance & Business Operations model (one of only two employees on the team). • Developed strategic analysis on multiple fossil fuel driven projects (i.e., clean coal analysis, generation management information system, and pollution control systems).
