Current- Since moving into the Senior Sales Manager role, AJ has lead WPIC to increase top line growth by 85% - Restructured lead generation, customer relationship management, customer nurture, and sales compensation systems- Set sales goals, monitor progress, identify trends, achieve forecast, and exceed sales targets- Make recommendations on budgets, wages, pricing models, schedules, and guidelines- Set short and long-term sales strategies, and evaluate sales program effectiveness- Understand the buying process, people, and tools to generate effective sales campaigns and report on metrics including win/loss analysis- Maintain positive relationships with key customer accounts to protect current revenue streams
