Current• Planning and implementing efficient after sales strategies for the warranty period. Directing, monitoring and coordinating, sectional processes, evaluations and plans, to guarantee standard running conditions of INNIO Jenbacher Gas Gen-sets and related products.• Employing a rigid maintenance program for managing industrial equipment/machinery deployment/utilization, thereby ensuring responsive mobilization and dependable after sales service.• Liaising with clients to resolve technical issues and troubleshooting critical installation problems based on inputs, in accordance with relevant codes and standards.• Conducting diagnostic inspections, failure analysis and providing rectification methodologies as well as periodical preventive maintenance checks and follow ups to determine need for requisite repairs.• Preparing and submitting comprehensive technical reports directly to client’s representative with recommendations for improvements to ensure safe/efficient operation and prevent costly breakdown.• Directing and monitoring overall activities of the staff of 30 field engineers under purview, handling all aspects of their training and conducting periodic performance reviews to maintain a motivated team.
