• Directing and monitoring overall activities of the staff of 30 field engineers under purview, handling all aspects of their training and conducting periodic performance reviews to maintain a motivated team.

Pakistan

To operate system & demonstrate equipment and to analyze malfunctions, interprets maintenance manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams and repairs equipment, utilizing knowledge of electrical and using test standard, instruments and hand tools. Commissioning and troubleshooting of gas generators (Jenbacher & Cummins) 0.1 MW to 3.2 MW and stamford, AVK.

Punjab

• Operates the principal service tools in an assigned service area and Conducts the operation of service tools to maintain a high standard of efficiency and quality
• Be prepared to work ''on call'' at any time of day, with extended work hours, and be prepared to work at well site locations (offshore or out of town) for extended periods
• Assisting in providing customer technical and operational feedback with close interaction with technical services arising from customer interaction and support
• Support and promotion of the best practices involved in the processes and requirements of Company policies and procedures, especially in regard to the guidelines in Environment, Health and safety (EHS) and Company core.
• Able to travel to customer well site locations at short notice, work under pressure and willingness to work in varying conditions
