My mission is to ensure that the operating objectives and standards of performance are not only understood but owned by the management and other employees, and that the company is represented to major customers, professional associations, and at major fairs and exhibitions.I am also a certified Lead Auditor and Trainer for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22000 standards, with expertise in quality management, environmental management, occupational health and safety management, and food safety management systems. I have successfully conducted and facilitated internal and external audits, trainings, and certifications for various clients, demonstrating my skills in manufacturing process improvement, quality auditing, and project planning. I am passionate about continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence, and I strive to motivate and mentor my staff members and build and maintain an effective team.
