With all the below experience I got promoted into the role of Sr. Lead. Where I am able to handle 80 members team with multiple portfolio Federal, Non federal and State. More over had a great chance of taking interview for the fresher role. Along side I have learnt FTE and capacity planing month over month, Client call preparation and interactions with them over call and emails, Able to create a Updates Management Tracker and Escalation Tracker. Started helping Junior leads with Alloation planning and inventory reduction techniques, on a regular had a collection track meeting to evaluate day to day team outcomes and capacity vs FRCST planning. With the help of senior managers able to plan and drive the strategy for meeting the monthly goals and SLAs

Team means more we and less me, this is a success Mantra. Where focus on the Day to day work, focusing on people and their outcome, managing team level performance and SLAs. Helping the management when their is a crisis, groom people to next level, which gives me to move faster. Had a great time with my seniors, who are teaching me all other Operational related work and had a chance of learning to unskilled my self for the role.

Able to Run a seperate Team filled with Bottom performers, where I have brought them to Toppers within a short span. Creating a team bond and positive approach on day start, which has shown all the positive results. Along side as a team we did created multiple Value adds and queries with onshore partner, which is a booster for us.

Trained a pilot batch on Lucknow Location for new process enhancement and knowledge transfer process under deputation, where i am able to handle a complete Team. Moreover had a chance to work with COE team for process improvement and with the internal Infractions we were able to fix the knowledge gap of our users.

Great experience and able to learn OTC cycle and able to crack Denial's with basic AR knowledge. Worked under multiple payor projects for denial Elimination and helped Management for inventory reduction.
