• Importing raw material for Power cord and Harness.• Procurement of capital goods• Budget : Request funds from central Sourcing according to plan• Supporting group factories to achieve production target and manage inventory.• Analyze factories raw material requirement as per PSI and arrange Raw materials at the right time ,cost.• Handling issue relevant to material quality and provide technical support to vendors to improve.• Work on cost reduction, cost saving initiatives to reduce raw materials acquisition cost.• Time to time analyze vendor raw material status and production status to ensure uniformity across.• Import & Local Logistics handling , dealing with FF ( Freight Forwarder ) , Shipping Line.• CHA ( Custom Housing Agent ) and local transportation etc.• Prepare M.I.T report on weekly basis & M.I.S ( Management Information System ) on monthly basis.• Surveyor visit & claim for damage RM

• Import procurement of CPT ( Cathode Picture Tube)• Request Funds.• Managing the inventory with in the assigned norms ( factory 30+ Inventories 0)• Support to development to find out new vendors and arrange sample and audit.• Handling Import logistics of Washing Machine , Refrigerator , Color Television, LCD ,LED,• Handling Import logistics of Mobile phones and Induction cooker

• Testing of power Interface unit ( Checking of connections based on circuit diagram , DG contractor , Mains Contractor, SMPS card ,SPP card , PID Card , LCU , Phase selection , On mode Off mode , load ,External battery, Manual mode ,Fuel• Programmed downloading.• Calibration in SPP Card by adjusting resistance
