• Material Inspection and Verification of Test Certificates.• Planning and conducting various inspections and expediting services including NDT and DT activities as per the Quality Assurance Plan.• Prepare detailed record and report on all inspections conducted at every stage and maintain the quality control documentation as per the Quality Assurance Plan.• Preparation of drawing in AutoCAD.• Drawing interpretation and preparation of dimension report of the product.• Preparing periodical reports and analysing information for the purpose of Management Review.• Coordinate with Client/Third party Inspection for stage wise inspection as per Inspection test plan.• Coordinating the investigation of customer complaints and participating in identification and execution of preventive actions.• Maintaining the calibration reports and ensuring the calibration of testing equipment.• Preparation of ISO 9001 2015 & AS 9100D 2016 Documents and maintaining ISO & AS policies and procedures in the Department.• Good knowledge of ASME, ASTM and AMS codes and quality standards.• Working knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic systems, air compressors, furnaces, and EOT cranes.• Supervises the execution of day to day preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to mechanical plant and equipment in assigned field• Interact closely with production, operations, plant, and functional leaders to ensure customer requirements are being met.• Manage area performance measures, including supervisory controls and provide regular progress reports to the manager.

• Managing contractual aspects of a project life cycle.• Material selection and procurement.• Perform material receiving inspection of plates, beams, channels, angles, flanges, bolts and nuts, etc., ensure proper storage and material preservation is complied with project specifications.• Start to end monitoring of piping and structural works and its documentation and getting approval from the client.• Control of quality of structural fabrication such as fit-up, visual and dimensional inspection conforming to approved for construction drawings.• Monitor & control all activities related to quality and maintain daily weld control summary and visual inspection reports for management.
