Country Manager, Pakistan
CurrentScope•Sales of Telecom products (e.g. SIM, Applications) and other services in Pakistan region in coordination with GM APAC and in compliance with regional sales strategy•Establish and maintain strong and firm relationship with customers and partners•Gain new operators. Introduce and explain our product portfolio.•Attend to the customer during the complete business cycle and follow up project milestones in close cooperation with Sales Administration •Monitor competitive activities, identify customer future needs; build up a strong link to the Product Marketing / Management Key Result Areas / Responsibilities:•Achieve minimum 100% fulfillment of assigned sales targets (e.g. Revenue, Gross margin and EBIT target) as well as company objectives for the allocated sales area•Liaise and negotiate with very high ranking public and private sector staff•Close deals and sign sales and maintain contracts with direct customers•Choose, train and monitor our sales partners in the region•Update CRM systems “Customer Relationship Management” (external- & internal customers), Calendar, Pipeline, Order & Management data•Report and forecast sales activities•Monitor and report competitor activities •Mapping of accounts•Involves in project cost calculation and project / company risk management •Opportunity assessment •Participate constructively in preparation of strategy plan and budget following year.•Travel extensively within sales area to build up and maintain customer relationship•Attend as exhibitor, at GSM exhibitions, promoting our products and services.
