- Responsible for the ICT environment of Cordaid in Afghanistan, which now includes four regional field offices in the country. - To make sure providing timely ICT and Logistics support to the Kabul office, the regional offices and project field staff in the provinces. - To process visa, and work permit of the Cordaid expats and the consultants. - To revise ICT, Logistics and Admin manuals/policies and update as per need. - Under my responsibility as manager for ICT, Logistics and Admin, I supervise eight local staff in admin and logistics units.

Responsible for the Cordaid ICT environment, making sure that the system is up and running, and hardware and software upgrades are taking place regularly and in coordination with the Cordaid Global Office. During this period, I was able to develop a country-specific ICT manual for Cordaid Afghanistan, revise the old logistics manual, and prepare an Admin manual for Cordaid in Afghanistan from the scratch. Additionally, I led procurement, logistics, and Admin units as well. I made sure that, Cordaid staff in regional field offices or partner offices receive timely procurement and logistics support. At the Kabul level, the same support was provided to the office, the guesthouse, and the Cordaid projects. Moreover, I closely worked with the government on the visas and work permits for permanent Cordaid ex-pats or the consultants. I have supervised 20 national staff, i.e., guards and drivers, cook, cleaners, logistics clerk, and fleet clerk. Under the fleet, we made sure that staff receive timely pick and drop, and their daily official movements were well organized.
