- Provide pre-sales technical support and plan software implementation projects for client networks.- Perform software install and configure servers and multi-function printers to achieve goals such as Follow-Me Printing, Secure Print, User Authentication, and Print Reporting. - All projects are documented and organized using Statements of Work. - Provide continual software and network connectivity support
