While I was involved on the project, we were able to hit our major milestones months earlier than scheduled, resulting in considerable savings for the client.Before the migration project I worked for 2 years as a member of the Production Support and Maintenance team for a high availability application at one of Australia's largest telecommunications companies. The application is used as part of the client's credit management activities, and the team provides tier 3 support.
