My mission is to align medical technology, surgical training and bleeding-edge innovation with the operating rooms of the future, and to leverage my background in archaeology and science to create immersive and realistic scenarios for learners. As a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at IMRA Surgical Pty Ltd, I led a team of engineers, researchers, designers and surgeons to replace the use of live animals and cadavers in surgical training. I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on social impact, and I am passionate about applying my skills and knowledge to make positive changes in the world. I have successfully managed two businesses under IMRA Surgical Ltd: the International Robotics Academy and Pindari Surgical Education Solutions, which provide cutting-edge education and training solutions for surgeons, medical students, and health professionals. I work as a Strategic Consultant fot MedTech businesses, focussed on clinical trials, simulation and education and growing brand awareness for NFP in the healthcare sector. I am always looking for new opportunities and challenges to improve myself and the industry.
