AJ’s role as Advisor has grown over the last few years from an Associate Advisor, assisting Partners with their clients, to focusing on his own individual and business clients. After seeing many coworkers in previous industries confused about the company’s 401(k) plan and how to properly prepare for retirement, AJ is passionate in providing that clarity for employees and the businesses they work for. Prior to joining FMB in June 2016, AJ earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Northridge (CSUN) and excelled in Business Development across a few different industries, including Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Surgical Sales. His expertise in creating and maintaining strong processes through managing sales teams has immensely added to the collaborative approach that FMB Wealth Management prides itself in. AJ and his twin brother, Evan (who is a Partner here at FMB Wealth) moved with their parents to Westlake Village in 1987 at the age of eight years old. He grew up playing sports and riding his bike all around the community. He enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, son and daughter. He also enjoys coaching and watching his kids in their activities, as well as golf, tennis, riding bikes, going to Friday night football games and just hanging out and having a laugh with family and friends.
