* Led a large (35+ associates) team of senior Production Analysts and other REI associates (Associate Directors and Directors) in a matrix environment to a successful implementation of the Backshop origination system. Required extensive coordination across four time zones and multiple departments. This encompassed both streamlining the business process and implementing a new system with a substantial amount of additional functionality. The project was the largest of its kind for the vendor and was resoundingly successful resulting in a 10% ROI and a savings of $400K annually. The implementation totally revamped the business process and resulted in numerous efficiencies. Challenged the vendor to create new business modules which significantly improved the base product and extended additional functionality to the vendor’s user base.* Directed the system implementation of MetLife’s Investment Management (MIM) business across seven internal and external applications. Effort required extensive coordination between numerous IT, business, and third party teams to meet the aggressive scope and timeline. The implementation allows MetLife to grow the MIM portfolio by several billion annually and to onboard third-party investors in a rapid and efficient manner.* Fully integrated our Japanese, Australian and Mexican portfolios into Backshop with customized workflow, notifications, pricing and other international capabilities. Coordinated requirements gathering, development, testing, status tracking and reporting, and training across four time zones. Replaced manual data entry of deal information with automated feeds to significantly reduce manual effort and consolidated all international deal information into a single application.* Managed all Real Estate Investors Debt systems (total of 8) with a $6 million annual budget. REI’s commercial systems have been recognized as industry leading and currently support $50+ billion in assets.

* Led a team of Developers, Testers and Business Systems Analysts in the development of a Commercial Loan Management Workstation (LMW). The system allowed the Real Estate Investments department to bring the management of their $50B commercial loan portfolio loans in-house, reduce data corrections turn-around time from 3-5 days to minutes and reduce the Mortgage Rating process from 3-4 weeks to 3-4 days.* Oversaw the integration of 42 projects under the direction of 3 Directors with various AD teams. Responsibilities included program level status reporting, consolidation of program and project level documentation into a single source for transparency and consistency, and forecasting for all projects.* Managed a program responsible for architecting and implementing a SharePoint solution to reduce infrastructure complexity, increase data availability, and consolidate investments documentation.
