MAP is a political communications firm promoting Democratic campaigns and progressive causes.

- Directs various community engagement events such as a monthly webinar, annual student conference, and Convocation totaling annually over 1,500 attendees across 10 countries- Manages social media accounts to promote and strategize upcoming events, products, and services launched under my initiative- Develops InFormation a monthly E-Newsletter sent to more than 1,700 Holy Cross religious, educators, and friends all over the world. While balancing 7 segmented mailing lists- Organizes and designs printed materials including an annual report, financial reports, prayerbook, reflection guide, contact card, trifold, and map- Supervises several interns with tasks in administration, graphic design, finance, social strategy, and copywriting- Administers website design and content with over 7k annual visitors- Maintains UX of Daily Moreau, an app with daily reflections from Blessed Basil Moreau withover 5k downloads on android and ios- Generates surveys for feedback throughout the year for customer relations management- A member of the President’s advisory board, advises the university president for a more inclusive campus. Serves as chair of Latinx on the Hilltop employee community group, and elected Member of Staff Council

- Collaborate consistently with the H4H Advisor to develop the year’s calendar of activities and revise the rolling five-year plan for the organization. Edited video and graphic content using Adobe Creative Suite- Managed social media to promote philanthropy and giving opportunities to students and alumni- Oversee event management for all H4H events and facilitate student giving by the launch of an online giving campaign.- Served as ex-officiomember of Alumni Association Board of Directors

- Worked as busser, expo, and host. Inspected all dishes prior to delivery to table, with attention to detail, garnish, and visual representation.- I delivered food to customers in a timely and friendly manner. I efficiently and effectively communicated information between servers/bartenders, cooks, and managers. - Position ended due to COVID-19.

- Reinforced the relationship between St. Edward’s University and Uiniversité Catholique De L’Ouest with student organizations. - Served as the Resident Assistant for several St. Edward’s students, directing them to explore opportunities in the city and navigate foreign life. - Enlisted as the official photographer for the semester to compile photos for the end of the semester video and album keepsake. - Conducted research and completed an Instagram-focused marketing strategy. Found weekly events for students to participate in around the city. Transcribed and published a video for the 10th anniversary for the St. Edward’s and Uiniversité Catholique De L’Ouest reception. - Wrote an article for the university newspaper about the 10th anniversary bringing attention to the historic event

- Prepared 26 students for their semester abroad in Angers, France- Catalogued data sheets for visa processing. Conducted 20 presentations for the Angers Program encouraging students to sign up- Designed pamphlets and posters using Indesign for promotional material- Served as a St. Edward’s representative for events with the Austin-Angers Sister City International Committee.

- Greeted visitors when first entered camp- Cleaned, stocked, and sold camp merchandise in the trading post- Promoted to manager my second year on staff

- Created a website to showcase wines we distribute across Western Europe- Marketed Argentinian and Chilean wine to customers from over 10 countries at the La Dive International Wine Festival- Edited and proofread emails and documents in English- Curated content for social media reaching over 450 Facebook users per post

- Called 150 potential students a week- Stewarded over 30 prospective students per week.
