About Amanda Dingle
I only ever wanted to be a teacher when I grew up. One day it was an English teacher, the next an Art teacher but it was only ever teaching for me. I didn't complete an education degree, but I did know from a very early age that I was going to work closely with people to support them to be the best they could be.I have a background in HR and a passion for organisational capability building, coaching and facilitation, and talent management. I am intuitive by nature and curious in my approach. I am at my best when I'm empowered to contribute creatively, innovate and ideate initiatives that connect people and purpose, enabling workplaces to flourish. A natural storyteller, I work at the intersection of capability, development and purpose.I have experience across a wide variety of industries including construction, engineering, utilities, manufacturing, education, retail, travel/tourism, professional services, health, aged care and the government sector, and have worked for brands like Brisbane City Council, Flight Centre, Kmart, Lendlease and the University of Southern Queensland.I have worked with over 300 customers through individual one-on-one coaching and delivered over 200 workshops.
