Running supply to two semi-submersibles in pioneering South China Seas exploration campaign offshore Chinese mainland by Western concession holders BP and ACT (Agip, Chevron, Texaco.) Established full service supply base with pipeyards, anchor handling, warehousing, well servicing contractors. Cemented progressive, productive working liaison with newly established Chinese corporate clients CNOOC and Nanhai East. Ran supply chain direct from Texas, northern Europe, and Singapore as well sourcing within China where feasible.

This position played a pivotal role in my ongoing career in the oil industry and since then I have worked through a challenging cross section of offshore and onshore roles, both above and below the waves.
