• IT support for NDW (Naval District Washington) as well as the NAVSEA (Naval Sea Systems Command) Operations Headquarters as part of the NMCI (Navy Marine Corps Intranet) support structure.

• Enterprise technician for Dell Enterprise Systems (Poweredge Server systems at data centre locations) troubleshooting and installations.

Data center relocation services completed in the DC Metro area. Utilized ten man team to effectively relocate various architectural firms and there sensitive data to new locations. Participated in the creation of "mirror" sites to these offices to for proper failover functionality.

Supervised a shift of 50 people, including a five person management team. Duties included but were not limited to payroll processing; district reporting via conference call or video conference; "sort" data processing including timecards, performance reviews and reports, shift numbers, and load arrivals and departures. Supervisor of the Air sort involving the regulation of all Hazardous materials bound for airport sort. Trained all employees in the regulations and protocols involved in the hazmat shipping process. Held responsibility of 24/7 manager on call for the Sarasota location.

Hired on as Lead tech in 6 person assistive team in one of the DC /MD /VA Metro areas leading Physical therapy/ rehabilitation centers. Maintained accurate records of patient treatment programs and procedures. Participated in patient retention programs and in-services to effectively maintain patient visit numbers. Assisted with the development of patient database precisely charting patient visits, rehab programs, co-pays, assigned therapists, and involved disciplines.

Assisted Physical therapists with patient rehabilitation programs including exercise assistance, Electrical stimulation, traction set-up, and exercise program development. Maintained supply records and patient records, supported HR in patient benefits filing.

Repaired and refurbished laptops, desk stations, test stations, and various computer components across a 2 state area (VA/NC).Involved in many small business PC installations including workstations, servers, and POS (point of sale) systems. Completed warranty repair of Dell laptops and desktop workstations. Maintained records of repairs completed, customers visited, and parts used.
