Previously worked in the Property Accounting team at Curtis Banks. My role involved administering properties owned under SIPP-pensions with Curtis Banks, including, but not limited to:- Experience of accounting system Navision, including posting and paying invoices, bank reconciliations and journal entry posting.- Query and complaints handling, and ensuring the client's needs are put at the forefront.- My main focus was External Property Managers. I previously worked as a business analyst on a number of projects within the Operational Improvement Programme: Facilities Operations, P&B OpEX (Operational Excellence) and Document Management System (DMS). - Understanding business process, and documenting using IBM Blueworks Live.- Designing and implementing process change.- Assisting in production of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)- Planning and leading workshops in process improvement and user acceptance testing (UAT).- Training colleagues in new processes and software (Blueworks, DMS and company systems)- Managing stakeholder expectations, and achieving sign-off of key project deliverables.My proudest achievement has been organising and running User Testing sessions for a new document management system, called Intellidox (Documentum). As part of this, I produced over 8000 unique test scenarios, provided training materials and support for over 110 testers, and hosted 15 total testing days for colleagues based in London, Ipswich and remotely across the UK, and in Mumbai.

I first joined Willis Towers Watson as a data analyst. The role is focussed on the Quality Index survey - a biannual review of carriers (or insurers) completed by Willis Towers Watson colleagues. I regularly dealt with and manage sensitive information, and assisted the team in producing high quality reports on insurance companies, and answering queries.

The role of Societies Officer involved working with over 70 societies and 200 society committee members, to allocate society funding over the academic year, create policy proposals, uphold the values of the Students’ Union, and promote and engage with student campaigns.

As a Student Ambassador, I gave prospective students and their families tours of the university campus, its facilities and lecture theatres. I provided personal experiences of my time at university to visitors, to reassure and persuade them to study at the university.

As a Student Representative, I supported other economics students throughout their course, speaking to lecturers and deans about course modules, and collecting feedback from students.

After creating the Society, I planned and ran weekly workshops, based around a variety of drama mediums, including melodrama, mime and voice.
