- Supervise teams on internal audit, compliance and consulting engagements in various industries (consumer products, technology, retail, mining, energy and banking) and countries (United States, Russia, Canada, United Kingdom, Kazakhstan, and China) - Execute simultaneous client engagements while maintaining client satisfaction- Maintain client retention of 90% through successful project execution and building strong client relationships- Oversee multiple project teams (2-5 people) and mentor team members in career development- Facilitate office-wide trainings for internal project management system- Utilizing Lean Six Sigma certification, identify process improvement opportunities and solutions for clients
