Began as manager of the family run upholsterers that also had a retail shop. Realised there was an opportunity to provide customers with a better experience and brought forward the idea incorporating a coffee bar into the shop and was given the task to create and run this sector of the organisation. Nine months after the introduction of this concept the shop was voted in the top ten independent retailers in Ipswich, and continues to thrive with an ever growing customer base.
