I run a seasonal landscape company that specializes in the weekly management of my clients turf needs. From sales to quality control all the way to customer service, I am the person who handles all aspects of the business. Analyzing the turf area, conducting research based on data I collect from the dirt, grass roots, trees and tree root systems, along with the amount of sun/shade/moisture content of the area I am able to construct a plan to optimize my clients yard. Through fertilization, aeration, dethatching, weekly mowing, watering schedules, and other tools I am able to help clients satisfy their project management needs. Every year I have increased sales and revenues by over 20% I am also able to design complete landscape projects and complete those projects withing budget and time constraints. I maintain all equipment and inventory myself along with train and lead all members of my team.
