Current-Planning, execution, and logistics for diamond drill rigs (Over 27,000 m of diamond drilling campaign). Construction and lining up drill rigs. Oversee drilling and contractors' monthly invoices.-Exploratory and infill drilling. Drill rig inspection and dhs shutdowns. -Daily follow-up of the Infill/exploration drilling campaign and 3D model generation. -Core logging (geological, structural, geotechnical) and sampling. Sample selection for metallurgical tests. -QA/QC and related procedures in the sample stream. Sample submission to assay laboratories.-Elaboration of geological x-sections for interpretation and modelling. -Geochemical, litho-geochemical, and geophysical data (Surface and Dhs) integration and interpretation for target generation. Whole Rock and REEs geochemistry interpretation for litho-restraint (chemostratigraphy).-Use of Machine Learning in geochemical data processing for target delineation purposes (Supervised and Not Supervised ML).-Geological mapping and ground-truthing of drill programs.-Designing of geochem surveys and consequent pXRF analysys, with great considerations on QA/QC and later data correction. -Overseeing core shack activities. Distribution of core shack staff on shifts.-Acquisition of CRMs (Australia-Canada), materials, and tools required in the daily operation.-Training of core shack staff in several activities, delegating duties, and implementing new skills for every role in the labour setting.-Assistance during NI-43-101 revision and joint work between company and consultant firm. -Communication of good mining/sustainable practices and geological information to local stakeholders, regulatory authorities, and students.
