• Negotiated a national energy efficiency contract with Kaiser Permanente in Western US.
• Established the first energy storage rental program in the country to service the demands of backup power for senior homes.
• Secured national distribution rights for technologies that have penetrated the commercial and industrial space for energy efficiency.
• Contract was acquired by TRC for $40M.

• Coordinated the recruitment of sales representatives.
• Solicited sales activities focusing on products with applications in a variety of markets including LED, solar, A/C, VFDs, high-efficiency toilets, and turf; identified gaps in existing markets or new markets.
• Drove the completion of existing projects while developing new business opportunities with the overall goal of expanding sales and expanding the business’s market footprint.
• Built an IPO-ready company within 1 year with a potential value of more than $700M.
