From May 2023 to August 2023, I worked as a Brand Marketing Intern at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company in Dayton, Ohio. In this on-site automotive industry role, I assisted with rebranding and marketing initiatives. My responsibilities included managing priorities, organizing projects, developing and editing video podcasts such as Connected, executing email campaigns, and leveraging platforms like HubSpot. This internship allowed me to improve my organizational skills, time management, and multitasking in a corporate marketing setting. In addition, I wrote scripts for and helped produce a series of demo videos for a key product. I was also been able to apply my knowledge of email, social media, and video content marketing to assist with rebranding and promoting The Reynolds and Reynolds Company.

From December 2022 to June 2023, I worked as a Social Media Marketing Specialist intern at Clean Age, a company based in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this remote role, I managed all of Clean Age's social media accounts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. I was responsible for creating and maintaining brand standards across these accounts as well as developing social media content and campaigns. Key skills I developed in this position include social media advertising, using Hootsuite to manage multiple accounts, pitching creative ideas, scheduling posts and campaigns, and staying up-to-date on emerging social media trends. This internship allowed me to gain valuable experience in social media marketing for a brand.

From July 2022 to December 2022, I worked part-time as a Marketing Staff member for Kaboom Bros Cards, a card shop and restaurant start-up based in Springboro, Ohio. In this on-site role, I assisted with new business development and B2B marketing for this fledgling company. My responsibilities included managing social media marketing across platforms like Facebook and Instagram, creating content and ads using Canva, and developing social media advertising campaigns. This hands-on experience allowed me to gain skills in areas like new business outreach, B2B marketing, social media strategy, graphic design, and social media advertising for a start-up company.

From July 2021 to August 2022, I worked part-time as a Pool Technician for Buckeye Pool Inc. based in Centerville, Ohio. In this hands-on role, I provided pool service and maintenance to residential customers. My day-to-day responsibilities included testing and adjusting pool chemicals, cleaning pool surfaces, monitoring equipment, and performing minor repairs. This experience taught me the importance of time management and delivering quality work. I also developed skills in providing excellent customer service, following safety procedures, and troubleshooting issues to keep pools operating properly for homeowners.

From December 2020 to December 2021, I worked part-time as a Bar Back at the Warped Wing Brewing Company in Springboro, Ohio. In this fast-paced hospitality role, I provided customer service, assisted bartenders, stocked the bar area, and supported food and beverage operations. My responsibilities included serving customers, checking IDs, handling payment transactions, changing kegs, restocking glasses and ice, cleaning counters, and supporting bartenders as needed. This experience allowed me to develop customer service, bar operations, and food and beverage skills while promoting the Warped Wing brand.

From March 2018 to August 2021, I worked part-time as a Bag Room Attendant at the Sycamore Creek Country Club in Springboro, Ohio. In this golf club role, I provided excellent customer service and managed club storage and cleaning operations. My responsibilities included greeting members, handling their golf clubs and bags, cleaning clubs and golf carts, driving range operations, and supporting the overall member experience. I developed strong interpersonal and customer service skills in this role along with specific golf management abilities like junior golf instruction, tournament operations, and golf cart management. This hands-on experience allowed me to learn key aspects of private club operations and customer service in the golf industry.
