Current• Assists the Laboratory Manager for the implementation and maintenance of the Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SA 8000) in the Laboratory• Responsible for Laboratory facility on-line quality control such as Environmental QC, Equipment and Fixture QC• Responsible for timely execution of testing schedules and timely reporting for any delays• Responsible for ensuring maintained competency of Laboratory Personnel through knowledge and skills… Show more • Assists the Laboratory Manager for the implementation and maintenance of the Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SA 8000) in the Laboratory• Responsible for Laboratory facility on-line quality control such as Environmental QC, Equipment and Fixture QC• Responsible for timely execution of testing schedules and timely reporting for any delays• Responsible for ensuring maintained competency of Laboratory Personnel through knowledge and skills training• Ensures smooth operation in the Laboratory through timely procurement and maintenance of lab equipment• Provides engineering support to internal and external clients on assigned consultation projects• Responsible for preparing facilities and fixtures for scheduled testing activities• Develops and designs qualification and reliability test plan for New Materials and Products• Performs various qualification testing for new and existing products or as required by customers• Generates technical report of the final results of qualification and tests performed• Assists in maintaining laboratory records, masterlists, and other electronic and printed files• Provides guidance to subordinates in performing testing activities• Assists the Lab Manager in supervising the team towards accomplishment of test requests and programs• Prepares and oversees off-site testing if necessary• Provides support in failure analysis and reporting activities• Assists in designing and developing test methods for custom testing projects Show less
