I am a self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proven experience in attaining goals, meeting deadlines and working under pressure.Beginning my education by studying 3D Design at college, I went on to complete an undergraduate degree in Building Surveying at Liverpool John Moores University, before specialising more in conservation with the undertaking of a MSc degree in Building Conservation and Adaptation at the University of Central Lancashire. Growing up I had a distinct appreciation for the history of my home city of Liverpool, which was the inspiration for me to pursue a career within the built heritage sector.During and for some time after University I have mainly been employed by National Museums Liverpool (NML) as a Visitor Assistant, later stepping up to the role of Visitor Experience Duty Manager. This role within NML has given me the opportunity to work in an area of great interest and allows me to share my appreciation of history with others.
