•Overhauling Cylinder Heads (MAN 58/64,Pielstick PC2.5,Mirrlees Blackstone) which includes disassembling, measuring and assessing parts, pressure testing, NTD testing, over-sizing of exhaust pockets, machining of sealing face and assembling.•Honing Cylinder Liners, Overhauling of Exhaust Valves, Overhaulig of XPT Cooling Groups.•Overhauling High Pressure, Low Pressure Coolers, Pumps, Vulcan Couplings, Kushi Feet, Assembling, Disassembling of Paxman VP185 Engines.•Overhauling of pump/fan drive gear boxes of English Electric Engines.
