Sales Engineer
CurrentKey responsibilities•Identifying and qualifying potential sales leads.•Conduct market research to identify, evaluate and/or prioritize sales leads •Make outbound calling campaigns to identify and quantify the needs of potential customers•Field incoming inquiries from prospective customers•Conduct data analysis of existing and potential customers to identify trends and opportunities to increase sales•Contribute ideas to the business' marketing initiatives•Maintain close interaction with industrial contacts, business development, and marketing organization from the field to upper management•Managing pricing and channel issues as they arise relating to competitive quotes and cross-selling conflicts•Develop & deliver sales presentations to all levels within a targeted customer’s organization•Utilize internal software tools maintain industry knowledge and improve technical knowledge based on market requirements•Support our key marketing activities necessary to support sales growth in efforts such conferences, trade shows and various sales engagement activities targeting power generation, marine, metals & mining and heavy manufacturing
