Team focused supply chain professional with over 18 years' experience in planning, execution, manufacturing, procurement and inventory. 12 years' in a leadership role providing training, mentoring and coaching to staff, peers and others who are interested in working together.Industry experience includes aerospace/DoD, public utilities, automotive, medical and industrial manufacturing and services. Managed a staff budget up to $5M and a procurement budget over $100M annually. My goal is to optimize the supply chain through systematic methodology (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, best practices), common sense approaches to policies and procedures and by developing a strong team and culture within the organization. My experience has found that low performing employees are usually due to lack of training, direction, coaching or mentoring.
