Pilots - Planned and executed fleet managed EV charging pilot using the EVmatch Adapter and Frequency Response signals in a DOE-funded pilot for East-coast Utility. Supported R&D to pilot ‘AI Fabric’ used to manage a Japanese Virtual Power Plant. Process Development and Execution - Built end-to-end processes for complex web interface / hardware / field service solutions to achieve industry-leading customer satisfaction which led to over $1M in repeat sales. Used cloud-based project management tools Jira, SolarGrade, Github, Monday and custom portals.Consultative Sales Approach; Built relationships with key accounts leading to customer trust, high customer retention and over $1M in sales.
