Additional responsibilities include monitoring the implementation of technology assisted advising for TN Promise students via Navigate and development/implementation of a peer advising program. Supervised a Completion Specialist, contracted faculty who assist with training their division on technology assisted advising, and 5-10 student peer leaders and student workers who assist with grant activities.

Instruct institutional credit courses in Reading for the Learning Support Department. Topics include vocabulary development, literal comprehension, and inferential comprehension. Learning Support Reading courses are designed for students who need additional instruction to be able to read, comprehend, and analyze college entry-level passages.
