Operational oversight of multi-unit restaurant group. Principal leading of management staff, development of strategies and goals for individual units within overall brand, cost-control strategy, design and implementation of marketing and customer outreach.-Food and cocktail development and roll-out strategy and implementation.-Development of staff training processes and materials, including servers, bartenders, managers and security staff.-Development and roll-out a streaming DJ and Social Media engagement platform for multi-unit restaurant, utilized within Barney's Beanery locations. -Social Media marketing strategy and implementation. Supervision of in-house and third-party platforms and staff tasked with social media engagement and brand promotion.-Provides support to Human Resources Director to implement HR policies and procedures within all levels of restaurant operations. -Media/PR liason for brand relations with print, radio and television media.-Supervision of maintenance, training, network security and general technology support and strategy for all locations.

Performing independent musician in New Orleans and in Los Angeles, working in both self-started projects as well as session work. Primarily drum and guitar for live performance. Composed and produced independent works with a variety of bands and styles, including Rock (electric and acoustic), Funk and Ska.
