- To support the EMEA Manager to achieve the HR & Development team’s strategic objectives, asset out in the HR Strategic Action Plan by acting as the HR lead on a range of differentprojects and responsibilities.- To act as Change Agent in Managing Organisational Change where this relates to HR relatedactivities. - Line Management responsibility for 1 HR Generalist and 1 Administrative Assistant.- Responsibility to ensure that all HR policies and procedures are regularlyreviewed and continue to reflect both up-to-date employment law and best practice in Switzerland.- Support employee engagement processes.- Responsibility for dealing with workplace conflict.- Production of HR updates for all staff, as appropriate.- To support the effective delivery of a higher performing HR service, through the furtherdevelopment of the HR Business Partners, ensuring that the high standards within theteam are developed and maintained.- Equip key clients with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people in line with their people plans e.g. performance management, absence management, career management.- Recruit, lead, train, motivate, develop and empower team members.- Responsible for international recruitment.- Support the business area with the management development of their people, providing advice, guidance and ad-hoc training on Personal Development Plans and work with the business area to establish and introduce systems that identify employees with high potential, develop career paths in consideration of key roles for succession planning and self-development. - Taking care of the complete HR Administration in Switzerland.
