I have a strong pharmaceutical background and 15 plus years in bartending and management, which enables me to provide exceptional customer service and education, as well as to manage and develop a high-performing team.My core competencies include inventory control, sales management, and compliance, as well as a deep knowledge of the cannabis industry and its products. I am always looking for new ways to improve the store's performance, customer satisfaction, and community engagement. My mission is to make Curaleaf the preferred destination for medical cannabis in the area, and to contribute to the growth and success of the company. I also serve as the Representative of Dispensaries on the North Dakota Medical Marijuana Advisory Board, where I advocate for the interests and needs of the cannabis dispensaries in the state and its patients.
