- Strategic Planning: Developing & implementing long-term strategies to achieve UWBO mission & objectives.- Program Management: Overseeing planning, execution, & evaluation of programs and services offered by the organization.- Fundraising and Development: Identifying funding sources & maintaining relationships with donors and sponsors to secure financial support for the organization’s initiatives.- Financial Management: Managing the organization’s budget, allocating funds efficiently, and maintaining financial transparency and accountability.- Community Engagement: Building & nurturing relationships with the community, volunteers, and beneficiaries of the organization’s services.- Advocacy and Public Relations: Advocating for the organization’s mission and values, engaging with the media and policymakers to influence positive change about crypto market and initiatives.- Board of Directors Engagement: Collaborating with the organization’s board of directors, providing them with information, and working together to make strategic decisions.- Compliance & Governance: Ensuring the organization adheres to legal & regulatory requirements, as well as maintaining transparency and ethical standards.

- Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales.- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.- Communicate expectations to vendors and contractors for deliverable due dates, budgetary targets and/or site-specific details.- Manage Opex and Capex budget in order to optimize operational costs.- Create and manage financial feasibilities based on investment budget and expected ROI.- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.- Provide robust feedback for organization's SaaS platform.- Manage mining ASIC fleet, tracking inventory, performance statistics, and interfacing with infrastructure partners on operations and logistics.- Managing API integrations, remote ASICs logging and settings, and managing ASIC Management software.- Supervise power consumption calculations of crypto mining devices on farms.- Manage clients' advance deposits and electricity consumption bills on timely basis- Provide best-class experience to support clients on a timely manner on various platforms (ZenDesk, Telegram, Discord, Email, and others).- Working with multiple teams to provide solutions to issues that arose on wallet exchanges (binance, kucoin, Gemini, Coinbase etc)- Create a framework/checklist for effectively evaluating new Bitcoin Mining Farm sites.- Adaptability to a changing, rapidly growing environment.
