In my new role as senior biz dev, I take on more responsibility and ownership for our innovation strategy and product development, while also expanding my involvement in our international innovation initiatives and keeping up with new gaming mechanisms and trends.

In my new role as Business Development Manager my focus is still on innovation, but with a broader span. I'm an active part of the Lotto App Taskforce team, while also being part of our new international cooperation effort called LEIA, which is a shared game/feature platform between Danske Spil, Svenske Spel, Norsk Tipping, Francaise de Jeux and Veikaus.

As an innovation Lab Manager, on the monopolized side of the buisness, my main task have been to drive innovation and try and come up with new games and features for drawbased games, such as Lotto or our instant win games, such as the scratch cards. Our main innovation efforts have been run through CoLab, which is an innovation lab shared between Danske.

Alongside my role as innovation lab manager and former role as product developer, I've also spent half of my time as a game expert and later product lead in something called CoLab Innovation.CoLab – a lab for co-creation driven innovation – facilitating the ideation, prototyping and testing of game concepts and experiences. I was initially hired to run a crowdfunding campaign for the game “Jagged Alliance: Flashback “and to help launch the company’s first PC title, “Space Hulk”. We ended up raising ~$380.000 on Kickstarter, which is the highest amount for a video game in Denmark. Being a small company I’ve filled in where needed and during my time here the team have grown.

Besides handling Bandello's launchpad and helping game developers with PR, I kept both the social media and website up to date. Futhermore, I managed the relations with developers and scouted for new potential developers.

At DLF, I was responsible for updating their websites, building databases, sending out direct mails and newsletters, creatiing activity plans, small graphical tasks in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign and also updating the corporate PowerPoint. On top of that a lot of ad hoc tasks.

Furthermore, I tested customers’ artwork for flaws, using Photoshop, and I made offers for customers using Winfinans or by contacting the factory in Germany.
