Business & Private Banking Risk Management forms part of the Group Risk Management division, and specifically, it provides the Business & Private Banking (BPB) team with specialist risk services and advice. Reporting into the Chief Credit Officer for Business & Private Banking, Andrew leads the Portfolio Governance team who are responsible for strategic project management, applying fit for purpose governance across the portfolio and acting as trusted advisor to the business.

Working withing Commonwealth Bank's Property Strategy team, Andrew was responsible for the portfolio management of the Bank's Retail Property programme. This included setting up the appropriate levels of governance, agreeing KPIs and owning the reporting through to senior management.Andrew also project managed a number of key strategic projects within the portfolio.
