- Ensuring all race bikes are prepared for every on-track session, including tire changes, refueling, brake changes, and general maintenance.- Working with the riders to create race strategies and using pit boards to communicate with the riders during the races.- Using aRacer ECU software and telemetry to tune fuel maps, ignition timing, and other setup changes.- Racing series include MotoAmerica, CCS/ASRA, and WERA.Highlights:- 2024 ASRA National Overall Championship- 2024 ASRA National Class Championships (X3)- Several additional CCS/ASRA Track, Regional, and National Championships.- 2 podium finishes in the WERA N2 National Endurance Series.- Qualified for the 2024 MotoAmerica Twins Cup round at Daytona.

- Worked with various sub-teams (Powertrain, Data, Design, Suspension) to help generate ideas and design/develop projects throughout the Cup and Xfinity workshops.- Installed sensors, GPS, and other instrumentation onto test cars, working with the Data Engineer at the track to analyze MoTeC and Pi data for any potential errors before sending it to the Race Engineers and the rest of the team.- Tested and reported on several R&D projects, such as increasing radiator fan efficiency, material testing on metallic deposits found on exhaust headers, and studying body panel deformation under high suspension loads.- Used processes such as 3D printing and machining to fabricate pieces and systems for a variety of uses.- Collaborated with Roush Yates Engines and the Dyno Manager at SHR to run cars on the AVL dyno before every race, and to develop upgrades to make the process more efficient.- Helped reintegrate the Pull Down Rig into weekly use for suspension setup and diffuser ground clearance testing.
