System Center Virtual Machine Manager was utilized to manage the fabric and deploy SQL as a Service from Service Template. Automation of VM Deployment was established through Orchestrator, Service Manager and Virtual Machine Manager. Operations Manager was deployed to monitor the implementation. Utilizing the App-Controller portal, customers were given the capability to deploy and manage services within their private cloud environments.For a real estate company, designed and deployed Operations Manager to monitor their windows server environment and Microsoft server applications and Service Manager for Incident Management and Service Request Fulfillment.For an energy resource provider, implemented Operations Manager to provide website availability monitoring, network and SQL availability monitoring. Custom dashboards and operational reporting were key areas of focus in this deployment.

For a financial services provider, deployed System Center Operations Manager and Configuration Manager in a highly secure environment. For a national bank, implemented a Change and Release Management process in System Center Service Manager 2012. For an oil & gas services company, implemented System Center Service Manager.
