• Practical project manager on the U-Haul Employee Relations division, representing the team of over a dozen personnel in various Agile events and other IT group standups such as the HRIS team.• Tasked with the creation, oversight, testing, and release of various features impacting both the internal team and over 30,000 team members in the field such as the development of an automated criminal conviction notification system though Workday, our ERP system.• Conduct periodic internal audits of current processes and procedures for the division and HR, developing new tools to improve efficiency, maintaining state and federally compliant in employee outreach, and creating SOPs for long-term support. Such as owning the ADA process in which I developed new processes and validations to reduce errors and lead time by an estimated 12 hours per month.• Given ownership of company-wide legal compliance tasks, most notably the EEO-1 and the California Pay Data Reporting; a yearly count of genders, ethnicities, job categorization, and pay combinations for the entire company.

The verification team at the ASU Admissions Office is the linchpin between students applying for college and those who determine their eligibility with virtually all applicants being filtered though us. Student Supervisors manage ~60-70 student and temporary workers, assisting them in answering questions, training on new tasks and procedures, updating on current ones, and maintain a productive office by monitoring error rates and productivity. Additionally supervisors introduce and train new hires all while completing the normal data entry tasks of a Verifier.

Drone Defense hosted by the Devils Invent program at Arizona State University was a weekend long hackathon dedicated to the security of and against UAVs. Our team worked on the problem of the security of Amazon Air drones against various means which threaten to intercept deliveries and damage the drone. We focused on developing an integrated solution against the more common and realistic threats such as but not limited to projectiles and porch pirates that the MK27 drone may face while at the same time improving the customer experience.

The verification team at the ASU Admissions office filters though virtually every student who wishes to attend. Verifiers transcribe all pertinent information such as grades and personal details from the many hundreds of students sending their information every day in addition to sorting, organizing mail, scanning, and various administrative duties. We are monitored for production and due to the nature of the information must maintain an error free track record.
