I make reports using data from Dynamics tickets, ILL transactions, and customer survey responses. Worked as a student for UTK’s IT office for over 5 years resolving technology issues and supporting users. Installed, updated, and repaired computer labs with over 100 machines. Supervised the staffing and maintenance of 5 staffed computer lab locations.
