Staff duties as Technical Supervisor/coordinator at the Headquarter of Indian Air Force (New Delhi) and is responsible for all maintenance and induction related issues of weapon systems . Various tasks envisaged are enumerated in following sub-paras :-(a) Examining the contracts and monitor the execution of various milestones.(b) Formulating the Maintenance philosophy of new systems. (c) Projection of Technical manpower requirement of the system. (d) Correspondence and related Technical Administration .(e) Prepare the fact sheets/database on the latest updates on the induction of the system in IAF and initiate actions.(f) Managing data base matrix of all time bound activities.(g) Formulation of Inspection plan/methodology.(h) Reviewing of Technical documents of the system.(j) Maintenance management of the existing Radar / Weapon system of the IAF fleet. (k) Overseen Secret Library of GW systems (l) Effectively coordinated for uploading maintenance publications in IAF digital environment.

As Technical Supervisor in Field units• Handling OSA-AK-M Surface to Air Missile (SAM) system of Russian origin • Performed role of Technical Supervisor (WO IC) as in-charge of a team of 40 technicians trained in Radar systems of OSA-AK-M GW fleet.• Single handedly managed team of Dettachment as Op Offr / Dett Commander.• Coordinated Maintenance and Operational activities of the Combat Vehicle.• Was in-charge of the On Job Training (OJT) of the new recruits and Continuous Training of personnel as per the task stipulated by Air Force orders. • Pivotal in executing admin related issues of the section: managing the manpower rotation on temporary duties to other Bases, Leave manipulation of all personnel, day to day Ops and Maintenance activities, Internal auditing and documentation of service documents• Supervising maintenance management of OSA-AK-M GW system • Managing critical snag analysis and rectification of all Major systems of the Radars in OSA-AK-M system.
