Before founding linkDOT, Aju led Corporate Innovation and Business Development in the Smart City Living Lab and Center of innovation and entrepreneurship at IIIT Hyderabad. Their he started the Corporate Innovation Business from idea to converting the initial client base.Prior to IIITH, Aju held multiple roles at T-Hub reporting to the COO Srinivas Kollipara and held positions in the community, and startup programs where his cohort raised more than USD 100+ M in funds. In his role as a Senior Associate at Corporate Innovation BU, he led New Product Initiatives and led workshops on Design Thinking and Business Model DesignlinkDOT is the third company Aju cofounded with the current cofounder Aadarsh KS. The first startup was an Edtech platform for k12 category to navigate their career path with an AI-enabled Psychometric analysis. Later he built Blankinkdot - an art aggregation and showcasing platform for traditional and digital artists alike. Blankinkdot went into the market with a community size of 100+ artists.He also consults Startups and Innovation consultants with brand and content strategy
