When I was a student I've always planned to be a Marketing professional. But as life is full of surprises when I got my first job I got so fascinated about Corporate/Public Affairs and then Human Resources world that I decided to remain in the space where I can clearly see the real value I can bring to business.I have spent most of my life in HR/Talent Acquisition helping to attract, hire and retain the best international talent, working with business across the world. I find it really fascinating to be able to change people's life and help them grow, develop and simply feel happy at work. This is what I believe, makes my work meaningful. I enjoy collaborating with leaders and developing the best talent strategies, finding solutions and initiatives for the inclusive organizations that want to transform and grow. I am also a seasoned expert in Performance Management, Career Planning, creation of Assessment and Development Centers. My experience in implementing various competency models enables me to translate them into effective talent development tools. I am MBTI®, OPQ/Verify and BPS level 2 certified and have experience in advanced interviewing techniques, including Lominger®. My business experience also includes development and implementation of the effective communication strategies in the complex business environment.
