Graduated in Mechanical Engineering in 1983 at the Delft University of Technology Bert van Breugel specialized in Control Engineering and worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Stork Brabant until 1991. Later fulfilled several Management functions in Engineering and realized several Projects as independent Project Manager in the period 1991-1999. In 2000 started as a Lecturer at the HAN-University, and designed a Bachelor Course in Automotive Testing and became a Lecturer in Vehicle Dynamics Control for a Master Course in Automotive Engineering. Than in 2007 joined an international cooperation of Professors in the field of Automotive Engineering and developed a strong network at Automotive OEM’s and Universities in The Netherlands, Germany, Sweden and Italy. In 2013 he founded TC-Expert BV and became a consultant in the field of System Modeling, Testing and Control. In 2014 he became an associated partner at Heiwegen Consultancy; business partner & HRM consultancy for the Automotive Industry in the Benelux. In februari 2019 started as an independent partner & HRM consultant in the field of Automotive Testing, Control and Engineering.
