About Andrew Wade

I’m fortunate to be part of an exceptional team bringing better musculoskeletal health to northeastern South Carolina. As the CEO for OrthoSC, I oversee the strategic, financial, and operational performance of an 83-provider comprehensive musculoskeletal practice and its affiliated entities. I'm relentlessly committed to creating a better experience for patients and clinicians and I believe American healthcare’s best days are ahead.I'm a husband and father, a student of leadership and history, and an adjunct professor within the Department of Management and Decision Sciences at Coastal Carolina University. I'm triple board certified in healthcare management by the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), the American College of Medical Practice Executives (FACMPE), and the American College of Health Data Management (FACHDM), and am completing a doctoral program in health administration at the Medical University of South Carolina.My research interests include: health economics, health policy, technology in healthcare (digital health, AI, interoperability), health equity, value-based care models, and the effect of trust in high-performing teams.
